RK Prasad is responsible for formulating the business strategy and ensures that the company does “not lose sight of the forest for the trees” by continually reminding the team of the "big picture" and true purpose and values of the organization.
His strength lies in visioning, strategizing and asking the right questions. He enjoys grooming people to realize their potentials.
RK has 30 years of experience in sales, corporate training, university teaching, and e-learning. He is an MBA and is currently pursuing his PhD in Technology Enhanced Learning from Lancaster University, UK.
He is also a UGC-certified lecturer in management, an engaging speaker and an effective trainer.
Dr. Ayesha Habeeb Omer focuses on customer delight - understanding customers' needs and ensuring that the company delivers the highest value for their money. She personally engages all customers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
She is a live wire, hands-on leader who is passionate about building the “CommLab Culture” where every employee feels valued and works as an important part of ONE team.

She is a gold medalist in MBA and a Ph.D. in e-learning. She also holds an Advanced e-learning Instructional Design Certificate from ATD, USA.
Prior to joining CommLab, Inc. as Director – Learning Solutions, Steve was Director of all product education at Lenovo.
Steve, a graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology started his career at Apple and then Ambra Computer (IBM subsidiary) before moving to the role of curriculum manager at IBM for the X-series server and storage products.
In 1995, he joined Lenovo as Manager of technical education department and later headed sales education. In all, Steve has over 40 years of professional experience.
